Delivery Policy

Once the customer has made the booking by paying 30% amount to the company, Houzmatic will confirm the booking within 24 hours.

Once the order has been confirmed by Houzmatic, technicians will be sent within 4-14 days of confirmation from Houzmatic to install the devices in the customer’s home.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

The cancellation of the order can be done within 48 hours of the payment of the booking amount. If the cancellation is done within 24 hours, the customer will be refunded the booking amount and if the cancellation is done within 48 hours, the customer will be refunded 50% of the booking amount. Post 48 hours, Houzmatic is not entitled to refund the booking amount.

The refund processing time will be 6-7 working days within which the customer will receive the refund.
